Welcome to our Southwest Michigan SeniorNet Learning Center website. SeniorNet provides education and access to computer technology and the Internet for senior citizens ages 50 and up. The SeniorNet Learning Center is an independent branch of SeniorNet, an international organization devoted to bringing our senior citizens up to speed and making them comfortable working with technology and computers. We are one of the many services offered by the Region IV Area Agency on Aging, which serves Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. |

New Mobile Lab: Do you know of a group of students who would like to take a SeniorNet class, but our classroom is too far away? SeniorNet, through a grant from AT&T, has purchased 13 laptop computers and a projector, creating a mobile lab. Each laptop also has separate full-size keyboard and conventional mouse. Call Richard Martin at (269) 982-7742 to find out how the classroom can come to you!
Additional Classroom: In addition to our St. Joseph location at 211 Hilltop Road, we're now offering classes at 175 West Main Street in Benton Harbor. Alon with regular computers, the BH classroom has many assistive keyboards and mice to enable disabled students. We even have a keyboard with the keys in A-B-C order, for non-typists.

Our 6-session course on The Internet and E-Mail has just been updated to incorporate the latest enhancements in web-browsing features and security and to provide tips for enjoying your browsing and E-mail more.
Another updated course is our new Photo Editing (Introduction to Adobe Photoshop Elements), a 6-session course covering all features of photo editing using Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 software.
We've also an ehanced Coping with Your Pictures course to complement the Photoshop Elements course. You'll learn how to edit or enhance your pictures, how to organize the pictures you save in order to find them more easily and how to make slide-shows with them, all with free software.
