Title V Program

The Senior Community Service Employment program is operated under Title V of the Older Americans Act. It is designed to provide and promote useful part-time opportunities in community employment for low-income persons who are 55 years of age or older. It also assists them in receiving the experience and training that may be required for employment in private or other unsubsidized employment.

Eligibility Requirements - an individual must be 55 years of age or older. The income of a new enrollee may not exceed the income limitation of 125% above poverty level, as published by the Department of Health and Human Services.
