The Region IV Area Agency on Aging is a private non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Board oversees the general management and control of the affairs of the Agency, particularly policy-making functions and assurance of sound management.
The Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from the Agency's three-county service area and is advised by a volunteer Advisory Council.
