Lynn is the Chief Executive Officer of the Area Agency on Aging.
The AAA has been an exciting professional home to me for many years.
Preparing our communities for an ever-growing aged population is
a satisfying challenge. People need choices and support as they
go into their later years - and that's what the AAA is all about.
We have a great board, advisory council and staff, and know how
to make things happen. It's a privilege to work with this group.
Originally from the Detroit area, after 25 years I now consider
southwest Michigan home.

Richard is the Chief Information Officer of the Area Agency on
Aging.
I have worked full time for the Agency since 1998. Prior to that,
I taught part-time in our Adult Employment & Training computer
classes. In addition to taking care of the communication needs of
the AAA, I am the liaison for the Southwest
Michigan SeniorNet Learning Center. The Learning Center is a
computer classroom for seniors, which is staffed by a dedicated
group of volunteers. In my free time, I enjoy working outdoors in
our garden.

Dianne is the Community Service Director of the Area Agency on
Aging.
I've been with the AAA for many years - first as a member of the
Advisory Council, and as an employee since 1985. I love working
with the staff, older folks, and agencies and organizations. The
most satisfying part of my work is those relationships, and the
impact we have by working together to make major changes in our
community. In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with
my family, the beach, friends, and church activities.

Grandparents, Senior Companions, Family Friends and support for
Grandparents and other Relatives Raising Grandchildren)
I began working with our programs in 1998 as the Coordinator of
Volunteers for the Foster Grandparent Program. I became the Director
of all four programs in 2000 with a keen awareness and appreciation
for the day-to-day service of our volunteers and grandparents raising
grandchildren. Senior Volunteer Programs staff is here to support
our volunteers who work with hundreds of children, families and
other older adults in need of assistance and support. Their stories
are our daily inspiration!
